Germann, Arnilda L. nee Mueller
Arnilda L. Germann nee Mueller, 101, of Columbia, formerly of Millstadt, 
died Oct. 18, 2006, in Columbia. She was born May 3, 1905, in Millstadt 
Township, the daughter of the late Fred and Louise Mueller nee Guckes. 
She was married to the late Harry G. Germann. Mrs. Germann is survived 
by her nieces Corine Bratzel and Geraldine (Jake) Hough; other nieces, 
nephews, relatives and other friends. She was preceded in death by her 
parents, husband, brother Frederick Mueller, brother-in-law Leroy Poetker, 
sister-in-law Ether Mae “Dolly” Mueller, sister Meta Poetker and nephew 
Gerald Kempf. Mrs. Germann was a member of Zion Evangelical Church in 
Millstadt. She was also a charter member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 7980 
in Millstadt. Visitation and a funeral service were at Strauss Funeral Home, Rev. 
Darrell Weber officiating. She is buried at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery in Millstadt.
